1) Listen to Adele
2) Eat LoTs of chocolate/desserts
3) Have a Romantic Comedy Drama Movie Marathon
4) Talk about ur feelings to a realllly good friend who will smile & nod while u talk
5) Drown in your sorrows
6) Try to find the meaning of life
Eventually you will find yourself and move on...if only that was as easy for the third wheels (aka me)
